Yes. Alerts for households will always be free.
Is Pahibalo run by a utility?
No. Pahibalo is an independent service and is not affiliated with any electric or water utility. Always check your utility's official advisory for final details.
How will I get the alerts?
As notifications on your phone or computer. You turn them on from this website, with no app store needed. On iPhone, notifications work after you add Pahibalo to your Home Screen.
Which areas will you cover?
Brownout alerts are live for Visayan Electric (VECO) areas: Cebu City, Mandaue, Talisay, Naga, Minglanilla, Consolacion, Liloan and San Fernando. We are adding the other Cebu utilities, for power and water, one by one.
My utility is not covered yet. What can I do?
Email support@pahibalo.com and tell us which utility serves your barangay. It helps us decide what to add next.
What do you do with my information?
