How we use these sources
Pahibalo reads the interruption notices that each utility publishes. A person checks every notice before an alert goes out. Pahibalo is independent and is not affiliated with any of these utilities; their official advisories always have the final word.
The island cooperatives, such as those on Bantayan and Camotes, post mainly on their official Facebook pages and will be added later.
